Send a single printout for a report to a file
At the required report:-
● Select: File - Print to file
The program reports 'Finished' when the files are complete. Select OK to continue.
The report is sent to a file located in folder set by the System parameter: Path for Export. The file name is based on the run name and the report letter code (e.g. ExampleB.pdf).
Notes
- The report letter codes are listed in the help topic: Print or export runs / summaries - stand alone.
- If the Microsoft print to PDF driver is enabled then it will be used to generate PDF files. It can be enabled by running from the Run box optionalfeatures.exe and setting the 'Microsoft Print to PDF' check box.
