Review runs setting to set the label shown for machining drawings/nested patterns

 

For nested patterns / preview

 

The text shown on a pattern for each part can be one of several different items.

 The choices options are:-

 

Item number

Description

Piece number

Any information box

 

'Item number' - labels parts with the line number from the cutting list

 

'Description'  - description column from the cutting list (names of the parts)

 

'Piece number'  - label each piece in ascending order of machining, for example:-

 

Pattern 1 - 17 pieces - labelled 1 to 17

Pattern 2 - 10 pieces - labelled 1 to 10

 

(Nested patterns only with 'Sequence' set to pattern).

 

'Information box' - value in the information box is used for the label. The label can be a number or text.

 

Offcut text

 

Offcuts on nested patterns are labelled in the same way as those for optimising patterns. The choices of format are made in System parameters (Rules 2 tab).

 

For machining drawings

 

The part identification field and value will be displayed in the middle of the first of the 3 lines of data above the machine drawing.

For machining preview

 

The part identification field and value will be displayed in the middle of the first of the 2 lines of data above each machine drawing.
