Magi-Cut V10.03.4 released

Magi-Cut V10.03.4 has now been released. This version is fully compatible with Windows 10.

Summary of features:
- Part list entry - 3D viewer for machining (machining library and DXF files)
- Machining & nesting - new preview bar in library and review runs
- Importing orders - enhancements
- Miscellaneous fixes
