Magi-Cut V10.04 released

.Magi-Cut V10.04 has now been released. This version is fully compatible with Windows 10.

- Cadmatic 5 - new saw transfer parameter checkbox
- Job costing - split dividing time  - saw and router
- Import depths from geometry in 2D DXF files
- Nesting export - add angle to CSD file
- Path for archiving runs - auto-archive
- MPR patterns and offcut routing
- CadPlan - include weight and density in SAW file
- Import files - field range increased to 999
- Miscellaneous revisions and fixes
